Straight answers
The questions drivers and dispatchers ask most. If yours is not here, ask on the phone — we answer in Slovenian, Serbian, German and English.
What should I tell you on the phone?
Your exact position (motorway number, direction, nearest kilometre marker or exit), the truck make and model, and what happened — warning lights, noises, air loss, no start. That is enough for us to load the right parts before we leave.
What does it cost?
You get a price on the phone before we leave, based on the fault, the distance and the hour. No towing fee, and no surprise line items when the job is done.
Which brands do you work on?
Scania, Volvo, MAN, Mercedes, DAF, Iveco and Renault, plus all common trailer makes. Diagnostics and the most frequently needed parts travel in the van.
What if it cannot be fixed on the road?
We say so on the spot rather than running up hours. We repair on site and do not tow, so you get the vehicle made safe, the fault documented and a clear list of what still has to be done — your dispatcher or assistance service arranges any move.
Do you work weekends and holidays?
Yes. The line is open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays and at night — that is when most of our calls come in.
Can transport companies set up an account?
Yes. Fleets can agree fixed rates, a named contact and monthly invoicing instead of paying per job. Call the same number and ask for a fleet arrangement.
